Grève froide et drôle de négociation : quelles mutations des relations professionnelles en entreprise entre les années 1968 et les années 2018 ?

Abstract : Between 1968 and 2018, what changes were there in labor relations within French companies? Using the stylization proposed by Christian Morel in his book La grève froide. Stratégies syndicales et pouvoir patronal published in 1980, this article proposes to show how cold strikes and phony negotiations still continue to structure labor relations in the French workplace. The tools, issues, and organizational contexts that characterized these relationships in the 1970s still exist now, but their meanings and the actors that initiated them have been reversed. Today, it is management strategies and staunch union resistance that have more of an influence in structuring day-to-day labor relations within companies.
