Enseigner un formalisme inquiet : Remarques sur la place du formalisme dans l'enseignement du droit
Abstract
In what follows, I would like to discuss the place of «formalism» in the teaching of law. In order to do so, a few clarifications are in order: speaking of legal education, I will mention the only questions raised by the programs (what is taught) and the pedagogy (how is taught) used to train future jurists.
