Embuer l’État. Une épreuve de lisibilité au sein d’un territoire contestataire (Bure, France)

Cloud the State. A Test of Legibility in a Contentious Territory (Bure, France) -- In Bure (Grand Est), state actors, responsible for implementing a nuclear project, have to deal with “autonomous” activists who, unlike other mobilizations, seek to maintain the opacity of their actions. An important part of the militant activity is thus to challenge the strategies and mechanisms by which the State wants to restore the legibility of the contentious territory. On the basis of an ethnographic field, this paper therefore attempts to understand the formation of a collective action regime, relative to that of a certain political and territorial order.
À Bure (Grand Est), des acteurs étatiques, chargés de mettre en œuvre un projet nucléaire, font face à des militant·e·s dits « autonomes » qui, à l’inverse d’autres mobilisations, cherchent à maintenir l’opacité de leurs actions. Une part importante de l’activité militante consiste ainsi à contester les stratégies et dispositifs par lesquels l’État veut restaurer la lisibilité du territoire disputé. À partir d’une enquête ethnographique, l’article s’attache donc à comprendre la formation d’un régime d’action collective relativement à celle d’un certain ordre politique et territorial.
