L’outil informatique n’a pas rendu le travail plus intelligent, il permet simplement d’accomplir davantage d’opérations à l’intérieur d’un même processus. Il n’en résulte pas nécessairement un « gain de productivité », mais cela permet d’affiner certaines tâches, par exemple parfaire l’indexation d’une archive en augmentant le nombre d’éléments propres à décrire un ensemble de documents.
