Comparison of the Judicialization Process in French and American Mental Health Systems : a Professional Perspective

The paper aims to analyze the relationship between justice and psychiatry in two different national contexts : France and the United States, from the XIXth century , when psyhchiatry appears in both countries as amongst the most significant ways to treat deviant people.
