La crise sanitaire en Europe : face au lourd bilan, la relance de la construction européenne

Abstract : The health crisis in Europe: confronted with the heavy toll, the relaunch of European construction The “recovery plan to support the recovery in the aftermath of the Covid-19 crisis” decided by the European Union in 2020 is the emblematic instrument of a whole panoply of public policies deployed in response to the health, economic and social crisis of Covid-19. It indicates a deepening of European integration and the mutualization of national territories and public policies. It is a relaunch of European construction. However, the ways in which Europeans are facing up to this crisis, which has taken a heavy toll, reveal that Europeans are also characterized by an aversion to risk.
