De la Colombian Gold a la cannabis medicinal: Historia, desafíos y enseñanza de la marihuana "hecha en Colombia"

Abstract : Since the 1970s, Colombia has produced and exported illicit drugs massively. As expected, the state implemented a militarized “war on drugs” and repression materialized in increased penalties related to drug trafficking. However, consumer rights were protected early enough in the country, thanks to the concepts of “personal dose” and “provisioning dose” created by the main courts. With the legalization of medical cannabis in 2015, the outlook for drugs in the country has change as production of drugs is now seen as an alternative to development.
