Les ONG et la lutte contre la pauvreté: de la marginalité à l'exemplarité

Abstract : Since the 1980s and even more during the 1990s, the changes in the focus of the fight against poverty and the affirmation of civil society and NGOS as key players in development have had a significant impact on the objectives pursued, the strategies employed and game plan of those interested in development. This article explores the political rational for turning to NGOs and civil society to achieve both development and democratization.
