Abstract : Mark S. Mizruchi is the Barger Family Professor of Organizational Studies, Professor of Sociology, and Professor of Business Administration at the University of Michigan. He works in the areas of economic, organizational, and political sociology, as well as on the methods of social network analysis. His publications include The Fracturing of the American Corporate Elite (2013), The Structure of Corporate Political Action (1992), and The American Corporate Network, 1904-1974 (1982), as well as more than 100 articles and reviews.
