L’impact de la crise sur la gouvernance européenne

Abstract : For several years, an intergovernmental dynamic has been at work pushing into the background the notion of delegation of powers that characterized the beginning of European construction. The movement has accelerated under the pressure of the crisis. However, a more pointed analysis of the European response to the crisis reveals a more complex reality. Wherever their real preferences may lay, the governments are now rediscovering the virtues of supranationality, which will reduce their margin for manoeuvring in the future.
