Et si l'on parlait un peu politique ?

Abstract : Political enunciation remains an enigma as long as it is considered from the stand point of information transfer. The paper explores the specificity of this regime and especially the strange link it has with the canonical definition of enunciation in linguistics and semiotics. The notion of political circle is reconstituted to account for representation as well as obedience which makes possible to see the reasons why a « transparent » or « rational » political speech act could destroy the very conditions of group formation.
