Pasteur on lactic acid yeast- a partial semiotic analysis

Abstract : A semiotic study of one article by Pasteur in order to elicit from the text the many philosophies and sociologies of science mobilized in the narration. Semiotics is used to show how non-humans can be analyzed in details and how the text as event can then be connected to historical explanations.
