Analyse des politiques publiques et science politique en France : " Je t'aime, moi non plus "

Abstract : Contrary to conventional wisdom, the role of public policy analysis in French political science is still contested and remains the object of misunderstandings among researchers. This uncertainty mostly stems from the uncosy relationship between French political scientists and mainstream international political science. More fundamentally, public policy analysis shows the necessity to break with a traditional conception of the state and leads to investigate the very nature of politics and policy. The development of public policy analysis in France has thus been reflecting the tensions caused by the transformation and internationalisation of the French social science field.
